What is Deka? Our DEKA classes are built to prepare you for Spartan DEKA-style events-a mix of functional strength, endurance, and grit. Each class is structured to improve stamina, strength, efficiency, and mental toughness, while teaching smart pacing and transitions. Whether you’re training for your first DEKA or aiming to level up your performance, movements are scalable so you can train hard at your level.

What is Senior Strong? This class is designed just for adults 60 and over who want to keep moving, stay strong, and feel confident in their bodies. We focus on slow-paced, low-impact workouts that build strength, flexibility, balance, and everyday mobility — all in a supportive, encouraging environment.
